We are providing access to the top factories that specialize in producing furnishings and accessories with these materials:

The product development phase begins with an idea.  Then we work with either hand drawings, CAD/CAM or Photoshop type drawings and provide that for the factory.

The factory takes the drawings and then begins the initial prototype construction.  Here is the Palisades chair with Viro woven resin and reclaimed teak wood.

After the prototype has been built, the cushions are inspected and the chair is evaluated by one of our production managers. Their role is to examine the quality and comfort of the chair overall.

Packing

Packing up the furniture before loading.

Loading up the container before shipment.

Most shipments go through major ports like Singapore or
 Hong Kong.

The containers are routed to the US usually into ports like Long Beach, California.

Containers are then off loaded from ships and then depending upon final destination, are delivered by either rail or truck.

From a drawing on paper to the finished product in the US, we take care of all the details.  We offer you top quality, custom furniture at price points that will give you the volume and profit your company demands.

People from all walks of life understand the importance of using materials like reclaimed teak and recyclable woven resin which is good for our environment.

To understand more about using reclaimed teak read an article written about us here:

Over the past 15 years we have sourced products in Asia and then resold them to our dealer network across the US.   Given the fiercely competitive business climate across America, we have shifted our business model to provide major companies direct access to our factories.

Our role is as a commission-based agent assisting you.  This arrangement is transparent between you and the factories.  We are  working for you to get the best products at the best pricing.

Below is a bit more about us:

Outside of the original factory in 1999.

The factory has come a long way since 1998. Back then,  it hand-crafted furniture from a shed with a tin roof and no walls.  "We had a small, crude facility with hardly any electric tools and, of course, no air-conditioning," explains JL.

"Today we still hand-craft the furniture, but with the growth our business across the US,  we have moved into a new facility that is more efficient and better for everyone."
